The water park features some fantastic attractions, offering a great spot for both relaxation and fun. The unique architectural design of the building, dating back to 1923, holds a certain historic charm that adds character to the stay.

There are significant water pressure issues with the rain drip shower head, making for a frustrating experience during showers. Additionally, it's inconvenient to navigate through the property as the layout isn't very intuitive, especially moving between different amenities. Lastly, I faced an unexpected charge for items from the grill that I did not consume, and although I tried to resolve it before leaving, communication afterwards was less than satisfactory.

We had an awesome time at the water park where my kids loved the island of water slides, and I enjoyed the lazy river. The beautiful pool area and sun loungers made it easy to relax after a day of fun. The only hiccup was the bathroom vanity, which stuck out a bit, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

staying at grand centennial for 4 nights was a delight. the king room was spacious and had a fantastic location near local attractions. we especially appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. however, it would be great to see more kid-friendly food options available.

I loved the beautiful, historical architecture and inviting courtyard of the Grand Centennial Gulfport. The spacious rooms and helpful staff made it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay comfortably.

More shaded seating areas would be beneficial.

The King Room was modern and clean, which made a cozy space for us. The bed was comfy, and everything felt fresh. Location-wise, it’s right near the beach and activities. Just had a minor issue with some bathroom stuff, but overall, it was pretty good!

My partner and I had such a nice stay! The king room was super comfy with amazing pillows. The pool was fantastic, and the food at the snack bar hit the spot after a long day. Staff were super helpful too! Only bummer was the parking can get a bit tight during busy times.

we returned for our second visit to this resort, and it surpassed our expectations once again. the staff was consistently helpful and the lazy river provided endless fun for our group. each meal at the cafe was delicious, making it a great place for family trips.

We really loved how close we were to the Gulfport Galleria of Fine Art, which was just a bit over 3 km away, and the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, located less than 2 km from our hotel, making leisurely walks to these spots a breeze. the friendly staff at the hotel also went out of their way to assist us in navigating the area and finding great places to explore over our 4-night stay.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Quirks

We enjoyed our one-night stay in the spacious King Room. However, the bathroom vanity design caused us some toe stubbing. The clothing rack’s placement next to the coffee station felt odd. A longer stay might be inconvenient due to these quirks.
